Our largest of our Florida Keys series homes features four bedrooms and three baths with a three car garage and huge front and back porches.  The split floor plan allows for entry to the baths from every bedroom, allowing for privacy and ease of use.  This floor plan is perfect for a pool with a bath opening to the outside and a huge integral back porch.  The stately columns on the front reveal the luxury and details of the inside of this home. 

All floor plans can be customized to suit your needs: from side loading garages, moving interior walls, and switching layouts with other Leading Edge Builders homes.  The Florida Keys series were designed by The Garrison Design Group.  These homes are designed for future changes.  There are no interior bearing walls which gives us the ability to move walls with minimal engineering costs and redraws and gives you the ability to customize the home to fit your needs.
