Meet the Builder:

Adam Edgington is a rarity. Among the Builders trying to capitalize on the market, Adam is a native Floridian who cares about the long term effects of construction in Central Florida. Adam was born and raised in Clermont. His wife, Tamara, grew up in Bainbridge, Ohio. They met at and graduated from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. Adam graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Tamara graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science. As a result of their hard work and dedication, they both were recruited to play Division I athletics. Tamara played volleyball and Adam pole vaulted for the Clemson Tigers. 

Before managing their own company, Adam was the project manager and Tamara was the financial/office manager of Edgington Enterprises, Inc., which had gross receipts for commercial and residential construction over the last ten years in excess of $60 million. As managers of Edgington Enterprises, their most recent completed development was a 158 Luxury Townhome project in Clermont.  Now as owners of Leading Edge Builders, LLC, they manage it with the same dedication and tenacity that brought them success in the past.

1. For one year from the Effective Date of Warranty, Leading Edge Builders, LLC warrants that your home will be free from Defects in materials and workmanship as defined in the Construction Performance Guidelines.

2. For two years from the Effective Date of Warranty, Leading Edge Builders, LLC warrants that your home will be free from Defects in the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to the extent stated in the Construction Performance Guidelines.

3. For five years from the Effective Date of Warranty, Collis Roofing, Inc. will warranty their Installation and Workmanship. (Roofing contactor subject to change without notice.)

4. For ten years from the Effective Date of Warranty, Leading Edge Builders, LLC warrants your home against a Structural Defect as defined in Section I of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Booklet.

5. HomeProfile is created specifically for each home buyer. The term HomeProfile describes the specific information regarding warranties, use & care manuals, and subcontractor/supplier information specific to your home. HomeProfile is provided to you in three formats: index binder, online access, and CD-ROM.
